How to Access Health Documents the NHS App
The NHS App give you easy access to documents about your health from GP surgeries and hospitals.
- Open the NHS App and make sure you are logged in
- Select Documents on the home screen
- Choose either GP Surgery or Hospital to see documents
- Carefully read the notice about sensitive information and if you are happy to carry on, click Continue
- Here, you will see documents relating to your health.
