From time to time, a patient may be requested to submit a specimen sample. The Practice have specific receptacles for samples and patients are informed of how to obtain these at the time of the request. Patients must ensure that they use the relevant sample receptacle when submitting a sample, as samples submitted in anything else other than these will not be accepted.
