Travel Vaccinations

If you’re planning a trip abroad, you may need to think about whether you need any vaccinations.

Travel Risk Assessment

If you’re planning a trip abroad, you may need to think about whether you need any vaccinations.

The first step is to check the Travel Health Pro website and look up your destination country.

Please check there is enough time to get all of the vaccinations you need before you go. Some vaccines need to be given well in advance of travel, and others may need to be ordered specially.

Next, you need to complete a travel risk assessment and submit it to us for review.

Then you need to make an appointment with us.  We will check that we have the vaccinations available, although you may need to get some from a specialist travel clinic.

Please note the travel vaccines detailed below are the ones we are able to administer free on the NHS, providing we are able to get stock of these vaccines.

  • Polio (given as a combined diphtheria/tetanus/polio jab)
  • Typhoid
  • Hepatitis A
  • Cholera

If you require other vaccinations, you will need to arrange those through a specialist travel clinic.

Travel Vaccination Questionnaire

Please complete this form as accurately as you’re able. The information you provide will help us determine what vaccines you may require. Only submit a completed form once you have finalised your trip and confirmed dates.
