Anyone who served for one day is classed as a Veteran and is entitled to the same level of specialist support and care.

Our Group Consultation Appointments will be held at St John the Evangelist Church, next door to our Kingston Park surgery.

Sessions will begin at 9.45 am and last for about 90 minutes.

St John's is two minutes walk from Kingston Park Metro station. A small number of accessible parking bays are available at St John's. You can also park at Tesco for up to 3 hours, free of charge.

Group Consultation Appointments have minimum and maximum numbers. If we cannot run your preferred group, we may offer you an alternative.
Before attending your first group session, you will need to come to the practice to have some baseline levels taken - blood sugar, blood pressure, BMI, etc.
All attendees will be required to sign a Confidentiality Form
Group Consultation Appointments are being run by our Primary Care Network, Gosforth and Jesmond Health. They are an NHS partner organisation.
The sessions will be led by a GP, either from the practice or from another practice in our Primary Care Network.
