The Practice currently has clinical system issues, as part of this our ability to process electronic prescriptions has ceased. Our system providers are working on resolving these issues. In the meantime, prescriptions will continue to be issued in paper form and sent to pharmacies. If patients require to order a prescription by contacting the Practice, we have opened our dedicated prescription line from the previous window of 11.30 – 12.30, to all day. This is to ensure that patients requiring prescription ordering are able to do so more conveniently.
