How to Access Health Documents the NHS App

The NHS App give you easy access to documents about your health from GP surgeries and hospitals.

• Open the NHS App and make sure you are logged in
• Select Documents on the home screen
• Choose either GP Surgery or Hospital to see documents
• Carefully read the notice about sensitive information and if you are happy to carry on, click Continue
• Here, you will see documents relating to your health.
