I joined Park Medical Group as a Receptionist in December 2021.

My role is about getting patients the help they need quickly and joining up their access to other services. This includes booking appointments, reordering prescriptions and dealing with enquiries, as well as organising hospital referrals, updating test results and setting up online access so patients can access services digitally.
